Womanation is a global movement born in Valencia promoted by three all-terrain STEM women. Angelica Gomez (dean of COGITI and president of the Union of Professionals), María José Valero Sancho (CEO de Talent GMBP, from Cerwall and Regional Ambassador of Technovation Girls CV) and Regina Monsalve (Natuvera CEO, environmental expert and general secretary of the Organic Agriculture Committee of the CV – CAEV), They lead it with the desire to promote gender equality in STEM careers through support networks, mentoring in schools, educational events, awareness campaigns and the annual Womanation Congress. This event 100 % with a woman's voice brings together professionals from the scientific and technological field to find joint solutions and debate some of the issues that concern us most as a society.
